The whole ambiance of the PNW lends itself well to foreboding and eeriness. I'm hoping Season 2 moves away from the campy comedy that Gina Davis and Alan Ruck gave us in Season 1, and more into the terrifying, sleep destroying scares of the movie! John Cho is perfect as the foster dad, Andy, and it's so wonderful to see Asian-Americans represented in mainstream TV as something other than the brainy-tech trope.
